Finished on wamp, how do i take it fully online?

I've finished designing and testing my website using WAMP. All the PHP and SQl is interacting perfectly with my local database.

I'm now at a point where I am ready to take it online.

And me being the total idiot that i am, i realise that i really have no clue how i'm gonna take this online.

One of my major worries is that all the PHP and SQL may be rendered useless or need completely re-targeting.

If anybody could offer me helpful tips and advice to take my website fully live, then it would be greatly appreciated. :)
