Block some of features of WEB plugin to open PDF`s

Ive got a little problem to solve. Im looking for some info etc. about how to block print PDF and save PDF in WEB plugin of PDF reader which user have installed. Main application is wrote in Java, but we are looking for tips how to make it maybe from strict PDF level, or maybe there is a way to do this from only Java?
