Bing web search api latency

recently I brought web search api of bing , but its latency is very poor and slow , I first tried from a shared hosting server of Singapore it was around 1.3-2 seconds , I then moved to dedicated server located in Michigan USA , with 8gb of ram , but still the problem persist Please help
