ASP.NET web forms application takes too long to load after visual studio has been open on laptop for a long time

I have an asp.net web forms application that I am making in Visual Studio 2015. The issue I am having is that when I have left Visual Studio open on my desktop for a long time while doing other things, I'll try to view or debug my application and it will just stay on the loading white screen on the browser and never actually load. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Note: It only will load if I close visual studio and re open it.
