simple web application to display all links of reports

There are scripts running every night/ biweekly through Jenkins and the reports saved at the server. I need to have a web page which gets date wise all reports and provide links to them. I need suggestions on what is the simplest way to develop this application. Can just Ajax/ Javascript and HTML do the job???
