Need Html Image Editor in asp.net with C# web application

I am currently trying to do business card application. I need an Image editor to edit the existing image and text in the Images. For example, If I am having sample business card Image. I want to edit the text and the photo of the business card to the user desired one. Also I want to create my own business card in C# web application. Any help greatly appreciated.
