How to extend a python facial/emotion recognition app to an API

I have managed to create an Emotion recognition application using Sci-kit learn and OpenCV. It works at a decent accuracy and now i want to extend it to a web application(to use it in an web application) / API. Any suggestions on how to accomplishing this?.
