Wordpress-Single page Website with poll

So I am planning to make really simple onepage website on wordpress. Website will contain Title and down below will be some question for visitors (I am doing some research, and i am making this website only beacuse of those questions). I am beginner at wordpress, started few days ago, so do you have any advices what is the best theme, plugins and other stuff
