I need some code foor my website [on hold]

Im currently running a website that offers certain services. My idea is to have a main hall where depending on the invitation code you write, you are redirected to another site. This is my "main hall" ---> http://ift.tt/2nkfUZW <---- it has some bugs. for example if you write nothing and click sbmit it will redirect you to a google-form.... The thing is that it can only accept the code ---FreePokes1010--- to get you to that google-form, if you write for example ---nintendonews--- i want it to take you to another site that offers that service.
