Fastest way to become Senior Developer in Web/Mobile field?

What is the fastest way to learn cross-platform Web/Android/iOS development for 2017? There are so many new things now and this puzzles me much.

I admit my question seems naive or just irrelevant for most. But surely there will be people like me who seeks effective way to learn a lot stuff in short time and any tip/advice from expert will be appriciated.
