Change Geo-IP in Web Request c#

I am searching for a method to simulate web requests from another Geo-IP address. My web request is made from my local machine with a Geo-IP which shows my physical location. My question is: Is it possible to change this Geo-IP in a web request to simulate requests from other countries without using Proxy?
