Webpage loading differently from github pages

I am using github pages with a custom domain chira.ga

I am using polymer webcomponents. I built site locally and it was running fine. When I pushed the changes to github, the webcomponents doesn't appear to be loading on Chrome and Firefox. However, they are loading on Safari.

I don't understand any root cause for the problem, please help.
