Looking for some tools for web database representation

I need to create some decent data tracking system for company that manages some product in their storage. Currently they are using excel sheets with lots of reports with duplicated data which is filled manually every day. I want to make some database with web representation and some additional functionality for generating all kinds of reports and with option to add any custom logic. I don't really care about technology stack, data base or programming language, but I d prefer some cloud solution (like google app engine python/go and some python/go framework for easy display of db data for example).

Any suggestion where I should start digging?

Most of my experience is in obj-c, c++, swift and python, so something close to it would be great, but basically anything that is easy to manage and doesn't have unnecessary complexity will do.
