Framework for python web app develompent (hosting with gae or other)?

I have to develop an web app for a store, basically it will have to allow the user to log in with facebook, google, or a user profile of the site itself. Also needs to have a catalog section, products quick views, and a shopping cart (payment gateway no needed yet, just make an order and persist it into the server's DB). Because of my available time (I'd say 4 months) and my low knowledge of web development, I really don't know where to start (I know a little html, css, and js tho).. Is there any framework that fits my capacity? I was looking to host it with Google App Engine but it seems a little complicated when it comes to non-static websites. Therefor, I'm also asking for a hosting service that makes my development job more easy. I'll be expecting answers...
