Attempting to set up a scheduling system for clients

I am trying to set up a scheduling system for appointments & for some reason when I go over to the page that I need to for installation. I am not able to use the page and, as you can see, in the top right there is a little img or something that is stopping me.

Why would this be? & how can I fix this?
