I have deploy my project on cent os using static ip but its get too slow load the first page from outside

I have created java web based Project.using Netbeans.deployed on my( home ) PC taking static IP . when I trying to access my site its the first landing page gets too much time to load. I have good net plan connection with 2 Mb uploading speed.

I used NetBeans, tomcat apache server, PostgreSQL data base please help.
