How to pull data from a website and display with C# (Xamarin)

I want to make a simple app/program that pulls some data from a webpage, and displays it in a C# forms program/Xamarin app. I have some experience with C# programming, but I am completely green when it comes to web development/programming, so its mainly how to pull the data from the website im wondering about. The website http://ift.tt/2i3ZWkD simply displays data from 2 weather stations in the city I live in. One near the City centre (Florida) and one on top of a mountain I hike several times a Week (Ulriken), and i want to pull the weather-data for the mountain and display it on my phone.
