Connecting python back-end to local web server

Let me apologize in advance if this is a beginner question or too vague. I am familiar with Python but very new to web development.

I have developed a python command-line application. I would like to develop a browser-based UI for the application that may be hosted on a raspberry pi and accessed on a local network.

Could you point me in the right direction for how to go about this? What are common/popular approaches? E.g., might I utilize Django, Apache, and Bootstrap? Are there any popular tutorials or resources out there that I should be aware of?
