Java Web App issue

I'm trying to run Java app on local server, using Apache-Tomcat 7.0.73 and getting 404 error. Project JRE is 1.8. The server is running and don't know how to find my way around to make it work. I believe the project and server properties are properly set up. Any suggestions? Thanks!
