Domain adress- misunderstanding in WordPress

I don't understand why this Url:

 http://ift.tt/2h1VoHv

and this Url:

http://ift.tt/2gjrXT1

are not pointing to the same page. If you look the content, you can see that icons don't show up at the 2nd adress...

I thought the "www" was a shortcut of "/public_html".
