Cannot use https on Web Api 2 hosted in Azure

I have a Web Api 2 hosted in Azure. It works great when using http, but when I try to access it using https it doesn't work. I have an SSL certificate installed.

Accessing http://ift.tt/2gjuzhQ return the proper results.

Accessing http://ift.tt/2gIm3wW get the message: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
