Web frontend framework for windows application

I'm developing a windows application which accept text input data process it and produce a drawing file as an output. I'd like to web enable this app. I'd be glad if you can suggest a web framework to handle basic user interaction such as login, file upload, data input with textboxes and forms, triger/run windows application and send resulting file. Would be better if it is foss, easy to manage and use. Perfect if it's customizable with ui (dragdrop) without coding. Thank you for any suggestions
