Recognize objects image in android, ios and web

I have stored images of vehicle parts in my database. The user take the photo of vehicle parts, that parts have to be recognise with existing picture on my database, and user can view the specification of that parts. It's have to be developed in iOS , Android and web. The user will take the photo in different angle that have to be matched with existing one or similar parts image and it will shown to user.
