Infinite loop of websites on mobile phone

I'm currently in Turkey. We have a router, and when a laptop is being used, everything works fine. However, when a mobile devide (tablet/mobile phone) is used, we get a weird loop of websites when a redirected link is being opened. Also, the websites don't occur. Only the adressbar of the browser on the mobile phone is changing.

We called the provider. They claim we do not have internet, but everything is working absolutely fine. I have been searching for a solution here and on the internet. Is someone familiar with this problem? And knows how to solve this? I have limited access and equipment.
