Get the local PC IP address from HTTP Request

I have a problem that when I access my PC remotely, it gives an IP of ISP. I want it to get correct ip of my pc like - 192.168.1.11 .

Is there any way I can get this info from HTTP request header ?? OR Is there any other way to find it ???
