Extracting and alinging keywords with a comma from a website

i am trying to obtain keywords from a website but have no clue on how to do it. I tried using bs4 and request modules but had no luck. I guess Selenium should be able to do it. Google Drive link for the .htm file (You can download and open it in any web browser)

I'd like to form a list from the keywords. Example: keywords=['red', 'apple', 'fruit'] Thanks in advance!
