embed security of a web application into pentaho Server CE

I want to use different rules and users stocked in another web application (run on same tomcat) to Pentaho CE Server.

I tried to use the CST (Community Startup Tabs) plugin to define my own rules and users, but i can't pass the parameters from my web application into CST in order to match the same rules and users

Any ideas to do it ?
