Different development stacks on linux

We are currently using Microsoft technologies like IIS, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, etc. for building our web applications and services on Windows platform.

However, we now plan to switch to open source technologies to develop these systems on Linux platform.

Can someone please point to free and open source development stacks that can be used on Linux platform to develop web applications and services?
