Add transition to divs in multi language web page

I used bootstrap rtl for my website. actully i have two language for my site. one of them is english that use from bootstrap.min.css and the other of them is arabic that use bootstrap rtl. but my question is that how i use transition for divs to when i change language(and bootstrap file) divs transform with transition?
