Web-GIS openlayers clients

Hi guys I've been investigating alternative options for a web GIS client for a small project I'm working on and found openlayers seems to have all the functionality I'm looking for e.g. standard gis functionality plus basic editing, but I'm not a developer are there any Web-GIS openlayers clients that you can down load or cheap to purchase?

Or are there any fully configured open source solutions you can recommend which include editing/drawing functionality.
