Websites about software news, articles and technologies? [on hold]

I would like to follow news about software development especially regarding Java, Spring, Hibernate and Web . I use RSS reader so I hope that the sites you'll recommend to me will have RSS. I am looking for sites like " mkyong, tutorials.jenkov.com " which shows you how to code or configure stuff(like spring mvc crud ) and also those sites need to have articles. I hope I am clear. I dont want sites like codeschool which has only tutorials.
