How can I more effectively coordinate a small development team?

Im developing a web app on the MEAN stack and am coordinating a five person dev team. Most of the devs have little web experience, and each only has enough time to learn one area of the stack. I have experience in all areas of the web dev stack.

The app is based around the professor and other evaluations at my school.

So far this is how I've broken down the team:

Me: Coordinating the team, UI/UX design, app design, and coding in any area when needed.

Front-End: One Person

Back-End: One Person

Database: One Person

Testing: One person

The biggest problem I'm facing is no one wants to have the testing position.

Is there a good way to get passed this, or just a generally more effective way to coordinate/specialize the team?
