Get next url using jsoup in androix

I getting url from footer class snews and its working

footer class="snews"><a href="www.domain1.com" title="title">more...< /a>< /footer>

But sometimes in

footer class="snews"><a id="artgal" href="www.domain2.com" /><a href="www.domain1.com" title="title">more...< /a>< /footer>

How I can check if first url with id artgal exist and IF yes then get secound urlfrom this class?
