CodeIgniter Error 404 Not Found

I'm new to CodeIgniter,

I'm having some issues linking to controllers, when a click a button the redirection works fine, but if a click again says 404 NOT FOUND, that controller its duplicated in the view, but i don't know hot to fix it, help me please:
