Should I create 2 different Web Hosting Account For 2 Different Company?

I am new and I would like to get some advice from Web Developer or anyone who has knowledge on web hosting server.

I am going to develop a static websites for 2 different company say CompanyABC & Company XYZ. If i am going to choose GoDaddy Deluxe Plan which offer Unlimited Websites and 500 Email Addresses, can I host 2 different company website on the same hosting account and seperate the 500 email into half so 250 e-mail belong to companyABC and 250 e-mail to companyXYZ? Because one of the requirement on both company is they need to create their own company e-mail like john@companyABC or adam@comapanyXYZ. Another option is I buy 2 Godaddy Deluxe Plan for each different company.

My another question is the location of the server, I am locate in Asia currently the both company also locate in Asia, is that okay if I hosting server is locate in another country ? Or should I find local hosting ?
