remove unused / default file in web server (xampp folder)

I have web server file / default file from xampp that will caused some vulnerabilities. for example, ming.php, iart.php, adodb.php. I would like to remove some default / unused file in the xampp folder. How could I do it easily and without any risk of removing any file needed? what files can i delete ?
