How to fix error 403 forbidden mvc in real host?

I made a website and uploaded in real host. But when I refresh the website by press F5, my CSS file, Javascript and image can't load. When I view the console of browser, it shows 403 forbidden error. But when I press Ctrl + F5, nothing happend, everything can be loaded! I don't have this problem in localhost. So I don't know that my code has problem or the host has problem.
How can I fix that error? Thanks!
