Exctracting data from web registry

I need to lookup certain ships in http://ift.tt/1IyMZqC registry of ships and extract certain data from the database. I can access the data by HTML(website only) but I do not know how to conduct the search. Via HTML I can change the value of the input, but unaware how to press search. I cannot conduct the search by the URL as it is generated randomly. Thank you
