Access Denied in CRUD Play 1.3.2 Module

I'm using the CRUD module in Play 1.3.2 framework. So, when I access my app in dev mode and try the CRUD module everything is fine. I can add objects to the classes and everything, but when I try to go back to the admin area using the home button the page just says "Access denied" and the log says "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)". However, when I use the go back button (in the web browser, not in my application) I can go to the admin panel. So, what's going on here? Can I fix it?
