.net framework (MVC 5 and c#) VS Lamp and Mean stack

I am currently working in a software development company as a software development apprentice in the UK. I really enjoy learning/ developing in the c# language but I find that I also very much enjoy working on a lamp/mean stack environment as a hobbie outside of work on open source projects of my own. My question is: Because my apprenticeship is with a software development company will that affect my chances of ever getting into say e-commerce or game development in the future? also could you please let me know what industry is easier to find employment in like what's the more booming industry out of those 2 (.net or lamp stack)/(software or web development).
