I need to write a program to show 3D objects and allow me to manipulate it

I am not familiar with programming and I need to write a program that shows 3D objects on a black background. And this program allow me to manipulate the 3D objects with the mouse, Like rotating and zooming. Is there something that exist that does that or if there is anything you would like to reccomend to me so I check tutorials online. Thank you in advance.
