HTML how do i make a file automatically download to a specific folder?

Ok, some of you may know me some may not but thats not important ATM. Im working on a game download project and i have a html button connected to a file that downloads when i click it, fair and simple. But is there a way to have code in html or js to when i click the download button it automatically downloads the file(s) to a certian location without me having to do it myself?
