How to update deployed system

I have a web application that runs a system which can be accessed with the url 192.168.2.6:8484/DTR. However, I want to update the system since I have new features in it. So basically, I copied and pasted my new Java files which overwrote the old one. Although the files were overwritten and updated, the following changes still did not apply with the 192.168.2.6:8484/DTR url. I already tried to clean and build and rerun the project, but it is still not updated
