drag&drop duty roster in angular

i'm learning angular right now, got some basics already, but i want to write something bigger then just tutorial staff. My plan is to create duty roster, so there would be table which would look like this, so it is just normal table with duties related to day in month, but additionally i'd like to add functionality that will let you to:

• Drag&drop user's duties - for example at 2nd of current month user A got night shift and user B got day shift so i drag one of them and drop on the other so from new their shifts are swapped.
• clicking on user's shift i could change it from night shift to day shift or other type of shift.

What would be best approach to this problem? I was wondering to use ng-table, but i don't know if drag&drop would be possible then because i saw there is possibility to change just row order. Thank you in advance for you time and effort :)
