CHINA Has blocked my site? [on hold]

I have friends in China and they can go onto a site like : http://ift.tt/1QfreNL but can't go on mine. My site has only text in and an email subscription input that's all so what's going on?

(p.s: I tried looking everywhere for an answer but what I want to know is how do I get my site accessible?)
