Acquire the fourth href by elementsbytagname?

download.Document.GetElementById("test").GetElementsByTagName("a")[0].

The following is incomplete, however, there are a total of 5 href's under the id "test" so I decided to get by elementtagname...just I need to acquire the FOURTH href...how do I finish this piece of code..
