How can I show and hide a text list of locations based on their map pin being visible on Google Maps?

I have a JSON feed that has 100 lat/long combinations with some extra data (like name of business). When I get those locations I put the information in two places:

1. Pins on a Google Map
2. A text list with more details

I want to know if it's possible to alter that text list based on the pins visible to the user. For example, if someone zooms into the map and is only seeing 5 map pins, then the text list will only contain 5 pins. If they move around to a different set of pins that text list adjusts accordingly.
