How to see the same view (page) when connecting from both mobile and PC?

I have designed a webpage that basically only will display contents when I connect to it from a PC, and when I connect to my website from a mobile device it shows an error “page not found!”

I would like to know how I can add a piece of code to display my webpage always a PC look, no matter how I am connecting to it.
