Recommendation for 3D on the web [on hold]

I'm here today to ask you recommandation on something. I am a web developer, I know HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript.I have a client that is a jeweller and I would like to develop something special for his website.

I would like to have to program a sort of plugin the size of their ring, the stones they want on, the detail and everything and then make a price estimation, but I would like the ring to be rendered in 3D inside their browser window and I would like visitors to be able to be able to move the ring a 360 degrees to see it fully.

I know none of the programming languages I know can render such a project, what programming language should I go for (learn) to be able to generate that ?

I thought about Java, but I know nothing about Java.
