Is it possible to hyperlink to the full-screen "app mode" from an outside source (like an email)?

Say my user has my web app added to their home screen (hooray!).

Is it possible to link to the home screen web app experience from another source?

For example: I send them an email with a link to the app in it, but I'd like them to see the full screen experience (i.e., "app mode" as described here for Chrome on Android), not a normal web browser experience with the big ol' address bar and all.

In other words, since they have the app added to their home screen it would be nice to be able to deliver this to them more consistently.
